We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


Conditions of hire



Whilst we do our upmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control. (Weather, traffic, break-downs, accidents etc).

The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.


We reserve the right to change your vehicle or driver at any time if necessary.

Southwest Chauffeur Services may provide sub-contacted vehicles and drivers if necessary.


Southwest Chauffeur Services will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless previously instructed otherwise by customer at time of booking.


We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passengers deemed to be under the influence of drugs/alcohol or whose behaviour poses a threat to the driver, vehicle or any other passenger. 


Payment and Deposits

We accept cash, Card and paypal. We accept debit cards and all major credit cards.

Please note, your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and/or car park charges. Please ask for details.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Failure to appear at the designated time or pick up point will void the contract and any monies paid to Southwest Chauffeur Services will be non-refundable. Cancellation within 24 hours of hire will incur a 100% charge.


Invoices/ Account Charges:

Invoices will be sent out and payment is respectfully requested within 7 days of invoice date.
Failure to settle the invoice within 30-days may result in legal action.



Southwest Chauffeur Services hold public liability insurance. 


Clients properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Southwest Chauffeur Services will accept no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to the property.


Clients are responsible for any damage caused by them or by any member of their party, to the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting needed to re-instate the vehicle to full working order.



Complaints in relation to any aspect of Southwest Chauffeur Services performance must be made in writing to the Company address, marked for the attention of Mrs T Vowles. We ask that any complaints are received within 7 days of the booking.
